The leadership team at Sparklight has a history of experience in the Human Resources and Communications industries, with a focus on expanding cable companies. They have experience working for companies such as Cable ONE, Hargray Communications, VARIDESK, and NTT DATA, Inc. In addition, they have also served on the Board of Directors for MobileMind and have worked as Managing Director for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. The team is well-educated, with degrees from Texas Christian University, Southern Methodist University, GTCC, and Florida State University.
