Tom Voskes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and marketing. Currently serving as Managing Partner at SparkOptimus since May 2010, Tom leads efforts in disruptive digital consulting. Prior to this role, Tom was Managing Partner at Optimus Marketing, where the focus was on enhancing marketing and sales effectiveness. Earlier experience includes roles as Manager of Business Development at Maxeda and (Senior) Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where Tom specialized in marketing and sales across various sectors. Tom began their career in brand management at Procter & Gamble, overseeing the Fabric Care portfolio in the Benelux. Educationally, Tom holds a McKinsey MBA and a degree in Astronomy and Astrophysics from Leiden University, complemented by additional studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
