Engin Önder

Engin Önder has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Engin is currently the Vice President of Platform Development at Sparkrock since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Trilogy as the Vice President of Engineering from 2018 to 2022 and as a Software Engineering Manager from 2016 to 2018. Engin also held the position of Engineering Manager at Aurea Software from 2016 to 2022, where they managed multiple software development teams working on customer-oriented enterprise SaaS/Cloud/Mobile software products. Before that, they worked at Crossover for Work as the Head of HR and Finance from 2020 to 2022. Engin's previous experience includes work as an Engineering Manager at Optiva Inc. from 2017 to 2020, Software R&D Group Manager at Siemens AG from 2007 to 2015, and Chief Technology Officer at Solvera Corporation from 2002 to 2007.

Engin Önder holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University. In terms of certifications, Önder is a Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) obtained from Scrum Alliance in 2012. Additionally, they have obtained various Microsoft certifications including Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD), Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), all of which were obtained in 2003 and 2004. Önder also holds an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification, obtained from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2020.
