Michael Vandenakker has extensive experience in sales and management within the belting industry, currently serving as Territory Manager at Shingle Belting Company since March 2023. Prior roles include Manager at MOL Belting Company, Inc. and multiple positions such as Inside Sales Manager and Sales Manager at Mol Belting Systems, Inc. since July 2019. Michael has also held various leadership roles at Sparks Belting Company, including Purchasing Manager, Technical Sales Manager, and Product Management, with a tenure starting in December 2005 and previously as Midwest Regional Sales Manager/Operations Manager from July 1985 to December 2005. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids.
