Camilo La Cruz has a strong background in strategy, innovation, and content development. Camilo has held various executive roles throughout their career, including Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at sparks & honey, where they led the evolution of the strategy group and developed research methods across brand strategy, marketing, and product innovation. Camilo also served as EVP, Global Futures at the same company, leading interdisciplinary global futures projects. Prior to that, Camilo worked at RAPP, where they held positions such as EVP, Director of Innovation & Experience Design and SVP, Head of Strategy. Camilo was responsible for leading creative teams, winning pitches, and building and expanding planning groups. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty Professor at New York University, teaching Digital Marketing. Camilo started their career at The Vidal Partnership as a Planning Director, where they built the agency's digital practice and achieved significant growth and success.
Camilo La Cruz obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Administration from Universidad Nueva Esparta between 1992 and 1997. Camilo later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Media Studies from The New School from 2003 to 2005. In 2017, they completed an Executive Program in Exponentials at Singularity University.
