Debra Martin

Debra Martin is an accomplished sales operations executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as VP of Sales Operations at Sparks since June 2023, Debra oversees marketing strategy and sales enablement for a leading global experiential marketing agency. Prior to this, Debra held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing Operations at The Malvern School, managing sales operations for a network of 27 early childhood education centers. Debra's career also includes significant achievements as Director of Sales and Marketing at Bodek and Rhodes, where management of a national inside sales team led to substantial revenue targets, as well as a successful tenure as Divisional Sales Manager at The Avon Company, where restructuring efforts revitalized key territories. Earlier experience includes serving as VP of Sales Operations at LA Weightloss, overseeing growth across numerous locations. Debra holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from West Virginia University.
