Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Specialized Programs at SparkWheel, a position held since July 2022. Previously, Rachel held the roles of Senior Program Director at Communities In Schools of Mid-America from July 2017 to January 2023, and Area Director at Communities in Schools of Ottawa from July 2014 to January 2023. Rachel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ottawa University, completed between 1993 and 1997.
