Jan Horsfall

Jan Horsfall's work experience is as follows:

1. Chief Operating Officer at SPARQ GAMES since August 2022. Responsible for igniting college and professional athletes through authentic, unique avatar NFTs to create a world for them to play in.

2. Managing Partner at Red Surfboard, LLC since February 2019. Assists stage two companies in maintaining or creating high growth outcomes, with a focus on Sports Tech, Energy Tech, Ag Tech, and CPG sectors.

3. Director/Chair of Safety, Environmental, Tech & Ops Committee (SETO) at NorthWestern Energy (NASDAQ: NWE) since April 2015. Serves on the Board of Directors of this $4 billion market cap energy company, overseeing regulated electric and natural gas distribution, transmission, and energy supply.

4. Co-Founder at VoterVac™ since January 2015. Provides CPG, direct-response approach to politics, focusing on fact-based wins through increased voter turnout. Political campaigns using VoterVac's tech tools have won over 84% of their races.

5. CEO at Maxletics Corporation™ from April 2015 to April 2017. Developed a platform to help Olympians fund their sports careers and leverage their influence to benefit brands.

6. Chief Executive Officer at Universal Lubricants, LLC from November 2012 to October 2014. Led the senior team in rebuilding the company in preparation for a sale, quadrupling EBITDA and positioning the company for success.

7. Co-Chairman at Startup Colorado (now Silicon Flatirons) from November 2011 to June 2013. Worked to increase the breadth and depth of the entrepreneurial ecosystem across Colorado's Front Range.

8. Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Turbine Games (Turbine, Inc.), which was later sold to Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. Helped with the reformation and sale of the connected, online game company.

9. Chairman at Gelazzi, Inc. from 2005 to 2009. Founded the investor-backed restaurant experience aiming to upgrade the national retail ice-cream industry.

10. Managing Partner at White Summit Strategies Venture Capital from October 2001 to March 2004. Managed investments in emerging technology growth segments, including VoIP, Wireless, and WiFi industries.

Jan Horsfall has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University, which was obtained from 1979 to 1982. Jan also has a Management Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Bloomington, which was obtained in 1993 to 1994. In addition, Jan attended Cornell College from 1978 to 1979, where they studied Liberal Arts. Furthermore, Jan completed high school at Webster City High School from 1975 to 1979. Jan also holds several additional certifications, including being a NACD Governing Fellow from the National Association of Corporate Directors, obtained in May 2015. Jan also has certifications from ExecRank, including The Business Development Advisory Council, The Software & Internet Advisory Council, and The Startup Advisory Council, obtained in various dates in 2017.
