Niklas Kraft

Niklas Kraft is currently a Founders Associate at Sparrks, having held the role since January 2024 and previously serving in a similar capacity from June to October 2023, where responsibilities included stakeholder engagement, AI process development for podcasts, and support for a new technical platform. Before that, Niklas was a Founding Member at Young Entrepreneurs Düsseldorf, advising on community matters. As Head of HR and Consultant at Gradify, management of a team of seven and oversight of recruitment and development for approximately 30 members were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes leading a global research project as a Consultant Project Lead and earlier roles at AIESEC as People Manager and Talent Manager. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology from eufom Business School.
