Katy Wallace

Katy Wallace (Timmer), PHR, sHRBP, has over a decade of experience in human resources and youth development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Sparrow Health System since August 2017, Katy has held various HR roles within the organization. Prior experience includes a position as a JMG Specialist and Career Coach with Capital Area Michigan Works! and Eaton RESA from 2014 to 2016, focusing on support services for young people in education and career achievement. Additional roles encompass serving as the Elementary Dean of Students at Grand Ledge Public Schools, a Foster Care Licensing/SIL Specialist with Lutheran Social Services of Michigan, and a Mentor Michigan AmeriCorps*VISTA. Katy holds a Graduate Certificate in Youth Development from Michigan State University, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Theory & Constitutional Democracy and Sociology from Michigan State University.
