Emeka Odu

Emeka Odu is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project engineering and inspection within the lifting and crane industry. Since August 2011, Emeka serves as a Senior Project Engineer at Sparrows Group, focusing on managing modification and maintenance activities to optimize crane performance. Prior experience includes a role as an Inspection Engineer at Imes, where Emeka conducted statutory inspections and verifications for cranes and lifting equipment in compliance with regulations in the North Sea and Caspian region. Emeka's career began at Global Lifting Services Limited as an Inspection Engineer, contributing to the establishment of client relationships and regulatory compliance. Emeka holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Oil and Gas Engineering from Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin.
