Lee Boot has been with Sparta Global since August 2013. Starting as the Learning and Delivery Manager he delivered the strategy for the Spartan Academy. In this start-up role Lee was engaged in all areas of the organisation delivering the development and implementation of the L&D strategy, setting policies, standards and guidelines, implementing and reviewing processes, talent acquisition, marketing, client and stakeholder management, utilisation of innovative tools, processes and infrastructures.

Lee has specialised in areas such as business analysis, project management, software testing, data analysis and agile development.

Lee is now departmental Head of Talent & Academy. In this role, they are responsible for the strategy in attracting, training, delivering, and supporting business and technology professionals for more than a hundred organisations. Lee leads a portfolio of projects and on-going service provision, identifies project related issues and recommends and monitors corrective action, applies business intelligence tools and techniques to provide insights and aid decision-making, drives innovation, manages teams with critical business processes and systems, ensures teams have the appropriate practices in place to meet the required organisational and international standard quality levels.

Lee is a key member of the founding team and has been instrumental in the creation and development of multiple departments, processes, and people within the Hire/Train/Deploy model. Under their leadership, Sparta Global has achieved high levels of success.

Lee Boot has a photography degree from the University of Derby and an advanced art and design degree from Walsall College. Lee is also an accredited APM PMQ project manager, certified business analyst from the BCS Chartered Institute for IT, ISTQB software testing certified.

Lee Boot reports to David Rai, CEO. Lee Boot works with Ben Hayes - Sales Director, FS, Paul King - Commercial Director, and Gaia Caruso - Head of ED&I.
