Serge Bhachu

Serge Bhachu serves as Managing Director and Vice President of Administration at Sparta Group LLC since October 2008, overseeing legal, tax, accounting, audit, and compliance functions for a global investment portfolio, as well as investment sourcing and monitoring. Additionally, Serge currently holds multiple board observer roles at companies including Sealonix, Rejoni, Instylla, and Axtria - Ingenious Insights. Serge is also a trustee at Deshpande Educational Trust and previously served as a trustee for the Deshpande Foundation. Early career experiences include working as Director at FirstDocs and General Counsel at Navitas International Corporation. Serge holds a J.D. in Economics from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Clark University.
