Rayon Watson

Rayon Watson is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in designing and developing client-facing SaaS applications. Currently serving as Development Team Lead at Sparta Systems since June 2015, Rayon oversees the software development life cycle and delivers analytics products for the EQMS product line. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Sirius XM Radio Inc. from March 2012 to May 2015, where responsibilities included analyzing requirements, designing solutions, mentoring junior developers, and managing integration environments. Earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at the NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications, where Rayon designed the e-Lobbyist system, and as a JAVA/J2EE Developer at MetLife. Rayon began a career as a java intern at Goldman Sachs after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from St. John Fisher University.
