Emma Grundy has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Emma began their career in 2012 at mda (a staci company) as a Client Services Administrator. Emma then took a gap year for personal travel and study before returning to mda in 2014 as a Client Services Coordinator and later transitioning to a Client Services Manager until 2017. Emma then joined EV Cargo Global Forwarding in 2017 as a Client Executive and was promoted to Senior Client Executive in 2019. In 2021, Emma joined Zencargo as a Customer Success Manager and later became a Strategic Customer Success Manager. Their most recent position is as a Customer Success Manager at Sparta Commodities starting in 2022.
Emma Grundy attended Clitheroe Royal Grammar School and completed their GCSEs there. Emma then went on to the Clitheroe Royal Grammar School Sixth Form from 2007 to 2009, where they studied geography, politics, psychology, and economics for their A Levels. After that, Emma attended Edge Hill University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Geography.
