Julien Benichou

Julien Benichou has a strong background in commodities trading and sales. Julien is currently serving as a Senior Sales Manager at Sparta Commodities, where they specialize in providing pricing and information to traders, refiners, banks, hedge funds, and wholesalers. Julien is responsible for aggregating and processing live trading data, removing the need for manual collection and allowing clients to focus on capturing market opportunities. Prior to their current role, Julien held senior positions at OTCex, Starfuels Inc., SCB Group, Icap Energy, MF Global, and ED&F Man. In these roles, they gained extensive experience in trading soft agricultural commodities, grains, oilseeds, vegoil, and energy products, both in financial markets and through listed and OTC futures and derivatives. Julien specializes in biofuels, ethanol, and biodiesel, and has expertise in futures and options trading for softs and agricultural commodities.

Julien Benichou completed their Bachelor's degree with Honors in finance from KEDGE Business School between 2001 and 2005.
