Product Designer at Sparta

Lis García Calvo's work experience includes being a Product Designer at Sparta Commodities since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Quobis from 2015 to 2022, where they served as a Product Designer with PO responsibilities. In this role, they were involved in the product design, user experience, and business strategy of various projects, including apps and websites. Lis also worked on external consulting projects. Additionally, Lis worked as a Web and Graphic Designer/Marketing professional at Quobis from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for front-end development, prototyping, and maintenance of websites, including the corporate website. Before joining Quobis, they had an internship as a Photographer and Graphic Design intern at Krack Zapaterias in 2014.

Lis García Calvo has a diverse educational background. In 2009, they began their studies at the Universidade de Vigo, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Arts. Lis successfully completed this degree in 2013. During their time at the university, they also enrolled in a program at the Center Deica IT, focusing on computer graphics and web development.

After completing their Bachelor's degree, Lis pursued a post-graduate degree in Advertising Art Direction at the Universidade de Vigo, which they completed in 2014. During this period, they also engaged in a digital marketing program at the same university.

To further enhance their skills, Lis enrolled in a post-graduate program at KSchool in 2018, where they focused on user experience and usability. This specialized degree helped their develop expertise in this field.

Continuing their professional development, Lis attended the Shift Nudge school, where they completed an Interface Design course. The course specifically focused on product design, providing their with valuable knowledge and skills in this area.

In 2021, Lis pursued additional education to enhance their understanding of product management. Lis completed a Product Owner program at 233 grados de ti. Additionally, they also engaged in an online course at URJC, which covered topics such as agility, lean management, and project and business management in the 21st century.

Most recently, in 2022, Lis attended the MrMarcel School, where they completed a program in Product Design.

Lis García Calvo has consistently sought out educational opportunities to broaden their skill set and knowledge in various aspects of design, marketing, and management.
