Qingmin Zhang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They started their career at PwC Singapore as a Business Development Consultant in July 2014 and later became a Senior Business Development Consultant in July 2016. In 2019, they joined Refinitiv as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on strategic account management for Financial Institutions in the Risk and Compliance Space. Qingmin received the Momentum Award in the second quarter of 2020. They then transitioned to Microsoft in July 2021, where they served as a Customer Success Manager for Modern Workplace until March 2023. Currently, Qingmin is working at Sparta Commodities in a role related to Customer Success since April 2023.

Qingmin Zhang completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Systems Management, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resources from Singapore Management University. This education took place from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, Qingmin attended Nanyang Polytechnic, where the degree obtained is unspecified but focused on Business Enterprise IT. Additionally, Qingmin obtained a certification in "Introduction to G Suite" from Coursera Certified Courses in September 2020.
