Anthony Cascante has a range of experience in the field of VoIP engineering and support. Anthony started their career as a Unix/Linux administrator at Hewlett-Packard in 2007. Anthony then moved on to Grupo Telectro in 2008, where they worked as an Installations and Customer Service Engineer, responsible for implementing VoIP projects and maintaining system uptime. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Telematics Career Professor at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. In 2015, they joined AVOXI as a Senior Customer Support Engineer, providing assistance to customers using a cloud VoIP solution. Currently, they work as a Senior VoIP Engineer at Spartan Approach, starting in 2020.

Anthony Cascante obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR) from 2001 to 2005. In 2009, they completed a Project Management Program at Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica. In terms of certifications, they obtained the following: Digium Certified Asterisk Administrator from Digium in October 2019, LE-1: Linux Essentials from the Linux Professional Institute in August 2017, Loway Certified QueueMetrics Professional (QCP) from Loway in June 2017, Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist from Avaya in February 2011, Avaya Professional Design Specialist from Avaya in January 2011, Avaya Professional Sales Specialist from Avaya in December 2010, Nortel Networks Certified Technology Specialist (NCTS) from Nortel Networks in October 2008, ITIL Service Management Foundation Certification from ITIL Certified in August 2008, and Digium Certified Asterisk Professional from Digium in November 2007.
