Michael Thomas

Michael Thomas has extensive experience in the technology and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Software Implementation Specialist at Spartan Chemical Company since August 2016. Prior roles include Service Desk Analyst at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company and Software Engineer at Emprise Technologies, with earlier positions as a Customer Service Representative at Hamilton Manufacturing CORP and Sales Associate at Lands' End. Michael has also contributed to academic institutions as a Marketing and Information System Intern for the Center for International Studies and Programs at The University of Toledo, and as a Student Advisor in Technical Support.
