Terrance has over 30 years of experience in the industrial automation, control systems and IT/OT infrastructure sector. He has held various leadership roles in operating companies, including roles of managing both operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) teams that are focused on optimization initiatives.

His passion continues to be generating sustainable business results for industrial customers through the innovative application of advanced technologies. Terrance is currently the Vice President of Industry Solutions and Digital Transformation and COO for the Solutions business at Spartan Controls Ltd.
