Alicia Lavender

Alicia Lavender has a diverse background in the fitness industry, starting as a Pilates instructor and eventually moving up to roles such as Manager, Co-Founder, and Education Coordinator in various wellness studios. Currently, at Spartan Fitness Holdings, Alicia holds the position of Central Director of Sales and Operations and Director of Education, where Alicia continues to bring their passion for Pilates and fitness to a wider audience. Alicia obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College.
