Amy Recchia

Amy Recchia has been working in the HR field for over a decade, currently holding the position of Human Resource Leader at Spartan Light Metal Products since April 2014. Prior to this, Amy worked as an HR Generalist at Fifth Gear for almost a decade, where Amy was responsible for recruiting, benefits administration, and various HR processes. Amy completed their Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Southern University in 2018.
