Micah Hankins

Micah Hankins has extensive experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on product development, currently serving as Cab Group Lead at Spartan Motors, Inc since September 1999. Responsibilities include overseeing all phases of product development, demand forecasting, resource allocation, and technical guidance for team members. Prior to this role, Micah worked as a Project Engineer at Union City Body Company L.P, where responsibilities included creating layouts and drawings for commercial truck body structures, and as Project Engineer 1 at Spartan Chassis Inc, focusing on designing components based on customer specifications. Micah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from Lawrence Technological University and an Associate's Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Lansing Community College.
