Shane Gonser

Shane Gonser possesses over 20 years of experience in customer service and technical support, currently serving as a Customer and Product Support Technician at Spartan Specialty Vehicles since October 2008. In this role, Shane communicates effectively with recreational vehicle owners, service centers, and fire departments, facilitating technical assistance and ordering replacement parts. Prior experience includes serving as a School Board Member for Charlotte School Board from December 2014 to January 2016, and holding positions as Category Manager and Operations Manager at Felpausch Food Centers from July 1987 to March 2008. In the latter roles, Shane was responsible for vendor negotiations, product strategy, payroll administration, and staff training.
