Michelle Clyburn

Michelle Clyburn, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the City of Spartanburg since March 2001. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of HR Assistant at Volume Services, Inc. from April 1991 to January 2001. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Limestone University and has further education from USC Upstate.
