Philip Starck

Philip Starck has extensive experience in fire service and administration, serving as the Assistant Chief of Administration for the City of Spartanburg since 1998, alongside a role as Chief of Training in the Fire Department. Prior to that, Philip worked as a Firefighter at Lake Cunningham Fire Department for several months in early 1998. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Columbia Southern University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Spartanburg Community College. Additional education includes training from 21CTTO.
