Philip Starck has extensive experience in fire service and administration, serving as the Assistant Chief of Administration for the City of Spartanburg since 1998, alongside a role as Chief of Training in the Fire Department. Prior to that, Philip worked as a Firefighter at Lake Cunningham Fire Department for several months in early 1998.
