Terry Elsey

Terry Elsey currently serves as the Middle Tyger Library Branch Manager at Spartanburg County Public Libraries since June 2020 and has held the position of Branch Librarian at Inman Branch Library since February 2016. Concurrently, Terry has been a part-time Reference Librarian at USC Upstate Library since August 2012. Past experience includes roles such as Assistant Branch Manager at Cyrill-Westside Branch Library and Collections Development Librarian at Laurens County Public Library, where responsibilities encompassed collection management, program implementation, and customer service. Terry's earlier career includes client services management positions at MedQuist and Transcend Services. Terry holds a Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of South Carolina, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
