James Whitcomb

James Whitcomb has extensive experience in the field of housing management, having served as Regional Property Manager at Spartanburg Housing Authority. Prior to this role, James was the Director of Housing Management at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development from 1976 to 2010, and held the position of Deputy Director at Houston Housing Authority from 1985 to 1987. James's educational background includes studies at Kansas State University and the University of Southern California from 1964 to 1967, as well as attendance at Greensboro Technical College.
