Nathan Bragg

Nathan Bragg has extensive experience in project and procurement management within Spartanburg Housing, serving as Project Specialist since December 2011 and previously as Procurement Specialist from May 2018 to January 2022. In the role of Project Specialist, Nathan oversees maintenance staff, manages project procurement, administers contracts, and conducts site inspections for compliance with federal and state regulations. As a Procurement Specialist, responsibilities included acquiring quotes, bids, and RFPs for housing contracts and services. Nathan holds multiple certifications in procurement and contracts management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia.
