Jim Tester

Jim Tester has been working at Spartanburg Water since April 2007, where Jim holds the position of Lead Operator. Prior to this, Jim worked at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Utilities from October 2005 to March 2007, where Jim served as the Chief Water Plant Operator. Jim also has experience as a Water Treatment Plant Operator in both companies.
