Caroline Harju

Caroline Harju currently serves as the Inventory Management Process Improvement and Training Principal at SpartanNash, a position held since January 2025. Prior experience includes a role as the Director of Procurement at UNFI, overseeing a replenishment team responsible for management of $8 billion in sales and $200 million in inventory. At Martin Brower, Caroline held various positions, culminating as Senior Manager of U.S. Supply Chain, where leadership of a sizable team supported over $6 billion in annual orders. Caroline's earlier roles included project management and operations support focused on warehouse management system implementations and optimization processes. Caroline began a career at Ralph Lauren as a Vendor Compliance Analyst after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from DePauw University.
