Deian Nikolov

Deian Nikolov has extensive experience in inventory management and supply chain planning. Deian currently holds the position of Vice President of Inventory Management at SpartanNash. Prior to this, they worked at Peapod Digital Labs as the Sr. Director of Demand and Inventory Management Lead. Deian also held roles at Peapod as the Senior Director of Replenishment Operations and Director of Central Replenishment. Deian has also worked at Walgreens, where they served as the Manager of Demand and Supply Planning and the Supply Chain Analytics Manager. Additionally, they have experience at B&K Industries/ Mueller Ind as a Supply Chain Planner/Buyer, and at OfficeMax as a Warehouse Profiler Lead and Distribution Specialist. Deian began their career at Amperel Ltd as a Warehouse Distribution Auditor. Deian is also an Advisory Board Member for the SCM Program at Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business.

Deian Nikolov holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics, Logistics, and Transportation from the University of National and World Economy, graduating from 1992 to 1996. Deian Nikolov has also obtained additional certifications in "Managing Up, Down, and Across the Organization" from LinkedIn and the "Project Management Professional (PMP)" certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in May 2013.
