Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics, Logistics, and Transportation from the University of National and World Economy, graduating from 1992 to 1996. Deian Nikolov has also obtained additional certifications in "Managing Up, Down, and Across the Organization" from LinkedIn and the "Project Management Professional (PMP)" certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in May 2013.
