Haleigh Hielkema

Haleigh Hielkema is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in labor relations and HR business partnership. Currently serving as the Labor Relations Manager and HR Business Partner at SpartanNash since September 2022, Haleigh previously held various HR roles at Bradford White from February 2018 to September 2022, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Administrator. Prior experience includes positions at Management Business Solutions as a Recruiting Assistant and Human Resources Assistant Intern, as well as roles in the City of Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation and as a Student Manager at Argo Tea. Haleigh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Grand Valley State University, expected in December 2023, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources and Marketing from the same institution, completed in 2018.
