Holly Downer

Holly Downer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytics, insights, and management across various organizations. Since November 2019, Holly has served as a Senior Analyst in Insights & Analytics at SpartanNash, after previously holding the position of Analyst in the same department. Prior to this role, Holly was the Executive Director at Grand Rapids Metro Ministry from July 2016 to May 2019 and held the position of Director of Marketing and Hospitality at GUMchurch from 2007 until December 2017. Holly's earlier career includes roles as a Graduate Assistant at the Dorothy A. Johnson Center for Philanthropy, a Statistician at IEM, and a Crime Statistician at the Baton Rouge Police Department. Additionally, Holly worked as a Research Analyst at Marketing Horizons from 1995 to 2001. Holly holds a Master's Degree in Communication from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
