Julie Aardema currently serves as a RISE ARG Leadership Team Member and Events & Community Pillar Lead at SpartanNash, where responsibilities include coordinating multiple events each quarter to empower young professionals. As a Category Analyst, Julie manages weekly assortment changes, analyzes data for process improvements, and collaborates on various initiatives. Prior to SpartanNash, Julie held the position of Director of Faculty Services at Olivet Nazarene University, overseeing faculty scheduling, human resources functions, and implementing Salesforce for improved CRM and operational efficiency. Julie's educational background includes an MBA in Leadership from Olivet Nazarene University and a B.S. in Strategic Communication from Indiana Wesleyan University.
