Russell Louisiana

Russell Louisiana is an experienced operations and manufacturing leader with a strong background in the plastics and rubber industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Spartech LLC, Russell oversees plastic sheet and roll stock manufacturing for medical, packaging, and advertising markets, leading multi-site extrusion and slitting operations. Prior to this role, Russell held the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at New Berlin Plastics, where responsibilities included managing a $47M custom plastic injection molding operation. Experience also includes a role as Plant Manager at VRC Engineered Solutions, overseeing a $23M rubber molding facility for automotive customers, and extensive tenure at 3M, where various leadership positions were held from Operations and Value Stream Manager to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
