John Collins

John Collins is an experienced manufacturing and industrial engineer with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Sparton since April 2010, John has also held roles as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Senior Industrial Engineer within the same company. Prior to Sparton, John worked at Kenneytown, LLC as an Associate for contract Industrial Engineering assignments and as a Contract Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, contributing to a production relocation project. John's earlier experience includes working as an Industrial Engineer at Mahle, where responsibilities encompassed logistics support and MRP module implementation, and at Five Rivers Electronic Innovations, focusing on process management and efficiency for product lines. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology with a concentration in Manufacturing from East Tennessee State University, completing studies from 1990 to 1996.
