Jeff Schechtman

Jeff Schechtman has extensive work experience in the engineering and operations field. Jeff currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Sparus Holdings since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at WSP USA as the Senior Vice President / Central Region Operations Leader from November 2021 to July 2023. Before joining WSP USA, Schechtman worked as the Chief Operating Officer at DBi Services, a global leader in infrastructure operations and maintenance, from February 2021 to October 2021. Jeff also held the position of Senior Vice President - East Region at DBi Services from October 2019 to January 2021.

In addition to their roles at DBi Services and WSP USA, Schechtman had significant experience at Parsons Brinckerhoff. Jeff served as the Vice President, Ports & Intermodal Market Leader from October 2012 to February 2014, and prior to that, they were the Vice President, Director - Ports & Marine Division from May 2007 to October 2012. Schechtman started their career at Parsons Brinckerhoff as a Senior Engineer/Project Manager from January 2001 to May 2007.

Before joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, Schechtman worked at Olympic Manufacturing Group as a Project Engineer from January 2000 to January 2001. Jeff also gained experience as a Structural Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff from July 1995 to January 2000. Overall, Schechtman's experience showcases their expertise in operations, engineering, and project management roles within the engineering and infrastructure sectors.

Jeff Schechtman received their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University, which they attended from 1990 to 1994. Jeff then pursued further education, earning a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, where they studied from 1994 to 1995.
