Kevin Baldwin

Kevin Baldwin has worked in the accounting and finance industry since 1998. Kevin began their career as a Senior Accountant at Cogen Sklar LLP, where they conducted audits, reviews, and compilations for clients from numerous business categories. Kevin then moved to West Pharmaceutical Services in 2003, where they were a Senior Analyst - Financial Reporting/SEC Reporting. In this role, they implemented SFAS 123(R) as an early adopter with experience in stock options, restricted stock awards, and stock appreciation rights. Kevin also prepared all financial documents filed with the SEC including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K. In 2006, Kevin moved to Wendys International as a Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis (International). In this role, they were the primary financial contact for International operations, managing one Senior Financial Analyst and reporting directly to the CFO - International. Kevin also modeled and managed financial scenarios for prospective markets or equity opportunities, and provided management with financial analysis of business plans from prospective franchisees or equity partners. In 2013, Kevin joined YP, The Real Yellow Pages\u00ae as Senior Manager - Financial Reporting. In this role, they managed the preparation of monthly results reporting packages for management team and Board of Directors through the utilization of Essbase retrievals and coordination of cross-functional team. Kevin also facilitated the monthly review of reporting package with key stakeholders to adjust the information presented for improved decision-making, and controlled the monthly submission of financial information to private equity group, financial institutions and other stakeholders. Finally, in 2018, Kevin joined Sparus Holdings, Inc. as Controller.

Kevin Baldwin obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Accounting from Harding University between 1992 and 1996. In October 2000, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy.
