At Sparx Hockey, Michael has held various roles since August 2017, including Customer Experience Manager, Operations Manager, and Operations Supervisor, where responsibilities focused on developing customer service programs, managing warehouse operations, overseeing production, and supporting multiple departments. Prior to this, Michael served as Technical Support Supervisor at Bauer Hockey and led the performance lab at Worcester Sharks, further building expertise in technical and operational support. Michael's career began with security duties at Unum, and academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Anna Maria College, attained in 2012.
