Gemma Anderson

Gemma Anderson has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Gemma began their career as a Sales Assistant at Angel Clothing Boutique in 2011. In the same year, they won the Southampton University Apprentice Competition, which tested their sales, marketing, presentation skills, innovation and new business development skills. In 2012, they were a Social Media Marketing Intern at Fantasy Shopper, and also held a Commercial Marketing Summer Placement at the Met Office. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at the Met Office, first as a Digital Product Manager, then as a Marketing Graduate. In 2018, they became a Senior Product Owner at Sparx, and in 2020 they were a Marketing Lead at Architectural Metal Roofing.

Gemma Anderson attended the University of Southampton from 2010 to 2013, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Management. Prior to that, they attended Okehampton College from 2003 to 2010, where they achieved A Levels in Law (A), English Language (A), Chemistry (B) and French (A at AS-Level). In October 2015, they obtained a certification in Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance.
