Rosie Martin FEPAA

Rosie Martin FEPAA has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. In 2007, they worked as an Accounts Assistant at Greendale Group. In 2008, they worked as a Credit Control Assistant at Landmark Information Group. In 2010, they began working at Original Style Ltd as a UK & Export Sales & CRM Coordinator/PA to the UK Sales Manager, where they were in charge of a team of 12 UK & Export Sales Reps and provided day to day support for the UK Sales Manager. In 2013, they began working at Exeter Royal Academy for Deaf Education, where they were an Executive Assistant to the Principal and a PA to the Director of Development/Fundraising Coordinator. Her role included Community and Corporate Fundraising, Event Management, Volunteer Management, Prospect research, Database Management, Office Administration, Reporting and budget setting, Minute taking, Office Management and providing PA Support to the Director of Development. In 2018, they began working at Sparx as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, where they provided Executive support to the CEO, Chairman and Senior Management Team and managed the Central Admin Team.

Rosie Martin FEPAA has a varied educational background. From 2014 to 2015, they studied British Sign Language at Signature. From 2009 to 2010, they completed the AAT Foundation Level at A Plus Training Exeter. Rosie also attended Exmouth Community College, where they obtained an A-Level in Maths, Chemistry, Biology and French. Lastly, they attended Sidmouth College. Additionally, Rosie has obtained four certifications: PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2022, LEVEL 2 COURSE IN LEAN ORGANISATION MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES from NCFE in December 2020, Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations from LinkedIn in May 2020, and Having Difficult Conversations from LinkedIn in September 2019.
