Kurt Haug has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kurt currently works as a Senior Sales Effectiveness Coach at SPARXiQ, where they train, coaches, and mentors sales professionals. Prior to that, they served as an Entrepreneurship Educator, Coach, and Mentor at Shuriken Systems and as the Founder and Principal of The CHAYTON Group.

In 2017, Haug founded CHAYTON Capital LLC, a venture leasing broker specializing in growth and venture financing. Kurt also worked as a C-Level Venture Leasing Financier, collaborating with venture capital and private equity firms to identify equipment financing opportunities.

Haug has worked in the financial services industry as well. Kurt served as an Equity Protection Specialist at Chayton Agency, providing financial planning services for real estate investors, individuals, and families. Kurt also worked as a Venture Partner at Younnic Capital Partners, a $250 million IT expansion capital fund.

Throughout their career, Haug has held executive facilitator positions at Kirby (Arnold) & Associates and FranklinCovey. Kurt facilitated high-level seminars and workshops focusing on business acumen, C-Level sales training, and executive development. Kurt has worked with clients worldwide, including HP, Lenovo, PwC, Micron, and cellular carriers, banks, pharmaceutical companies, heavy manufacturers, and tech companies.

Haug began their entrepreneurial journey as the Founder and CEO of Solutionreach, Inc. in 2000, a position they held until 2001.

Kurt Haug has a diverse education history. Kurt pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Entrepreneurship from Metropolitan State University of Denver from 1987 to 1989. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Japanese from Foothill College during the academic year 1981-1982. Kurt also attended Stanford University from 1977 to 1978, where they studied Solar Technology Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) and Pre-Law, although they did not earn a degree from there. Their educational journey began at Loveland High School, where they completed their high school education from 1974 to 1977.
