Mike Kunkle has a wealth of experience in sales transformation, sales training, sales enablement, and sales readiness. Mike began their career in 2007 as the Founder of Transforming Sales Results, LLC, where they provided sales transformation advice and authored a book. In 2012, they became the Sales Transformation Leader at Career Transition, where they analyzed performance levers and built hiring, sales training, and coaching systems. Mike then joined Richardson in 2012 as the Director of Product Development, where they developed and launched the Selling with Insights program. In 2014, they joined the Sales Education Foundation Advisory Board and the following year, they became the VP of Sales Transformation Services at Fast Lane US. In 2015, they were the Senior Director of Sales Readiness Consulting and Sales Enablement at Brainshark and Business Advisor at WAGmob. In 2018, they became the Vice President of Sales Effectiveness Services at SPARXiQ and the Sales Transformation Expert at The Sales Experts Channel.

Mike Kunkle has a diverse educational background. Mike attended Phillipsburg High School from 1974 to 1978. Mike then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree Cum Laude Graduate from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania between 1978 and 1982. In 1994, they received a certification in Mager's Criterion-Referenced Instruction (CRI) from The Center for Effective Performance, Inc. In 2007, they completed a Green Belt in Lean and Six Sigma from the Six Sigma Academy.
