Tonia Ballard

Tonia Ballard has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to supply chain management, purchasing, and materials management. Tonia started their career at Conbraco Industries in 1994 as a Purchasing Agent and worked there until 1999. In 1999, they joined SPATCO Energy Solutions and held multiple positions, including Senior Buyer, Materials Manager, Director of DEF Division, and VP of the DEF Division. Currently, they serve as the VP of Supply Chain Management at SPATCO Energy Solutions.

Tonia Ballard obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northeastern Technical College from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications: "Motivating Your Team to Learn" from LinkedIn in September 2022 and "Tips for Writing Business Emails" from LinkedIn in September 2022.
