Joseph Rossi has a diverse work experience in the field of psychological operations and special forces command. Joseph has worked as an academic instructor and executive course director at Spathe Systems since 2023. Prior to that, they served as an unaccompanied federal housing manager at the 8th Psychological Operations Group from 2017 to 2021. From 2016 to 2017, they were a department supervisor and company first sergeant at the 5th Psychological Operations. Joseph also held positions as a deputy director of operations and AFRICOM senior operations sergeant at the 7th Psychological Operations BN from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as a deputy director of plans and IO/MISO division planner/NCOIC at the U.S. Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) from 2008 to 2011, and as a current operations supervisor and CENTCOM current operations NCOIC at the 4th Psychological Operations Group from 2005 to 2008.
Joseph Rossi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from the same university from 2020 to 2022. Joseph also holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business/Commerce from Troy University, completed before 2010. Additionally, they pursued French Studies at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in 2003.
