Kari Estes

Kari Estes began their work experience in 2005 as a Director at Park University, where they worked until 2015. Kari then joined Argosy University as an Adjunct Faculty from 2015 until 2020. In 2020, they joined Amentum as an Education Manager, a role they held until 2023. Currently, they are working as the Education Outreach Lead at Spathe Systems.

Kari Estes has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Texas State University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Austin Community College. Additionally, they have worked on a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Kari also holds several certifications obtained from the Star 6 Sigma Global Academy, including Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Agile Scrum Professional, Certified Lean Six Sigma GreenBelt, Certified Project Manager, Cost Analysis and Functions of Excel, Intermediate Excel Professional®, and Suicide Prevention Awareness for 2022.
