Melissa Horvath

Melissa Horvath is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in military logistics, strategic planning, and international trade. Currently serving as a Regional Desk Officer at Spathe Systems and a Non-resident Senior Fellow at the Middle East Institute, Melissa has previously held key positions such as FMS Instructor and Course Developer at ASRC Federal, Director of the International Trade Group at Commonwealth Trading Partners, and Branch Chief at USCENTCOM. With a solid military foundation, Melissa's roles have included Deputy Director at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency and Battalion Executive Officer in the US Army. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Military History from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master of Public Administration from Troy University, and has completed JPME I and II programs at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and National Defense University, respectively.
