Russell Voce

In his capacity as Vice President of C5I, Russ leads multiple teams of professional and technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) providing DoD with state-of-the-art technology support in areas such as DevSecOps, Cloud, Big Data, Enterprise IT, and IT Modernization. Prior to joining Spathe, Russ served as the deputy CIO/J6 for the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Russ is a distinguished retired U.S. Air Force Colonel of twenty-seven years. He held numerous leadership positions within the SOF community including AFSOC, SOCEUR, JSOC, and HQ SOCOM. Additionally, he held multiple leadership positions within the Air Force to include Communications Squadron Command, Training Squadron Command, and Mission Support Group Command.
